Plumbing Scope: New Plumbing fixtures. New sanitary waste and vent piping. New domestic water distribution to new plumbing fixtures. New science lab chemical waste and vent system. New science labs domestic water and natural gas piping.
Electrical Scope: Coordinated PEPCO primary transformer replacement and ductbank routing. New power upgrade with new switchboards to provide power to renovation area and existing areas to remain. New lighting and power distribution.
Fire Protection Scope: New fire alarm system.
