MCE provided MPE engineering design for this eight unit apartment condominium with roof decks in Washington, DC.
New HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems were provided for the eight units plus a house system for the common areas.
New domestic water line, sprinkler line and electrical service were provided for the building. Common gas service was provided to supply gas to gas ranges in condominiums.
