Computer Aided Design (CAD) or Building Information Modeling (BIM)/Revit software is used according to client’s preference. Use of Autodesk Revit software with its clash detection feature provides design intelligence to detect and alleviate problems before construction documents are released, avoiding costly delays and change orders.

MCE’s LEED Accredited professionals have successfully designed multiple LEED Silver and LEED Gold Certified Buildings. Energy use of LEED projects are modeled using USGBC accredited Trane Trace 700 or EnergySoft software to optimize energy performance and achieve highest LEED points possible.
