1100 6th Street, Washington DC: An 80-units corporate housing with first floor retail and under ground parking.

Woodberry Villagee Apartments, Washington DC: MCE provided MEP and fire protection engineering design services for this 17-building 190-units property.

LAB School, Washington DC: MCE provided MEP and fire protection engineering for the Middle School, Castle building and Campus fire alarm system.

Judiciary House, Washington DC: MCE provided MEP and fire protection engineering for this 10-story high-rise affordable housing with 271 units.

Verizon Center, Washington DC: MCE provided MEP design services for renovation of approximately 16,000 SF of floor area on the event floor of the Verizon Center in Washington DC. The renovation involved complete repositioning of VIP lounge, VIP Family Lounge, food and beverage services and press offices.

The Washington Fish Market, Washington DC: MCE is providing engineering services for the core & shell as well as the tenant fit-out work.

The Wharf pier 4, Washington DC: The project involves complete demolition of existing Pier level building and providing a three story structure. MCE is providing engineering services for the core & shell as well as the tenant fit-out work.

HUD & Ginnie Mae, Washington DC: MCE provided MEP design services for renovation of approximately 17,000 SF of floor area on various floors of 451 7th St. SW, in Washington DC for use by HUD and Ginnie Mae.

2Rivers Public Charter School, Washington DC: MCE provided MEP and fire protection engineering for this phased renovation project. The first phase involved 48,000 square feet of school, comprised of a classrooms, Multi-Purpose rooms, Administrative offices, warming kitchen and an Auditorium. The project is seeking LEED gold rating. New variable refrigerant volume (VRV) air conditioning system with Dedicated Outside Air System (DOAS) was provided.

The Siena School, Silver Spring, MD: MCE provided MEP and fire protection engineering for the first phase of the project in 2012. The phase I work included renovating an existing 20,000 SF sports training facility into an academic classroom facility with a Gymnasium. The phase I work was completed and occupied in 2012.

Fort Davis Recreation Center, Washington DC: MCE Provided MEP engineering services to assess and renovate the MEP systems of this 13,000 square feet recreation center building.

St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Arlington, VA: MCE as the engineer of record has provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection engineering for the renovation/addition of the church as well as assessment of the existing MEP systems.
