Woodberry Village Apartments include seventeen two- and three-story apartment buildings containing 190 units, rental office and central laundry rooms in Southeast Washington, DC.
MCE is providing the following MEP engineering design services:
Remove boilers and central hot water heating system and design high efficiency multi-split Air-conditioning system for each unit.
Remove central domestic hot water system and design central domestic hot water system at each building group. New domestic water pipe and gas service is provided where needed.
Update electrical power distribution to supply power to mechanical and plumbing systems.
Provide MEP design for new ADA apartments.
Provide MEP design for central laundry rooms.
