Judiciary House is a 10-story high-rise affordable housing building in Washington DC. Judiciary House was built in 1966 and has 271 units made up of efficiency, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
MCE is providing the following MEP engineering design services:
Renovation of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems of all units.
Complete wet pipe sprinkler system with fire pump per NFPA-13 & NFPA-20 throughout the building.
New incoming sprinkler line.
New plumbing risers and mains.
New electrical power feeders and panels for all renovated units.
