American University, Asbury Building, Third Floor Psychology Lab and Offices

Since 2012, MCE has completed over eight projects at American University working as the prime MEP engineering consultant. Renovation projects have included an 11,000 SF administrative office as well as several research laboratories, including the following psychology lab:
Project Area/Description:
- 2,000 SF of Psychology laboratory and offices.
- New dedicated air conditioning unit with outside air supply for the Psychology lab.
- New fan coil units for the offices.
- New domestic cold and hot water risers from main domestic water lines on the ground floor.
- New sanitary riser from the ground floor.
- New lighting layout, wiring and switches.
- New lighting layout, wiring and switches.
- New IT outlets per user’s requirements.
- New area smoke detectors.
