Belvedere is a premier condominium association in Arlington, Virginia with multiple awards for providing finest family living since 1984. MCE provided MEP engineering for renovation of approximately 5000 SF of fitness facility in this hi-rise building complex. The Fitness Center provides Whirlpool, Cardiovascular training area, Aerobics room and Universal/Free weight room for 528 condominium units. A new mechanical system was provided to correspond to the new facility layout. The exiting Atrium space ventilation within the facility was modified to fit the new space plan and to maintain full code compliance with the Atrium ventilation requirements.
