MEP engineering for this 19th century style Spanish tapas restaurant in Logan Circle neighborhood. MEP design was provided to convert existing retail space into a full service restaurant with multiple hoods. Existing parking garage exhaust shaft was routed elsewhere to create space for routing a kitchen exhaust duct through this hi-rise condominium building. Kitchen hood exhaust fan was strategically positioned to avoid conflict with existing roof deck and other outside air intakes nearby. New gas service was provided and extended to space. Plumbing engineering provided utilities for equipment in the kitchen and bar areas.
