Gallaudet University Residence Halls Renovation

Gallaudet University is one of the world's foremost universities providing education to the deaf and hard of hearing community.
MCE provided MPE engineering services to renovate public spaces of five residence halls: Ballard West, Benson Hall, Carlin Hall, Clerc Hall, and Peet Hall, including upgrade of the Public bathroom facilities of the Ballard West building at the Gallaudet University in Washington, DC. The design services included providing bridging documents for bidding to select a contractor, permit set of documents to obtain building permits, design-build construction documents and limited construction administration services. Construction cost 5.5 million dollars.
