Hanover Court includes six three story apartment buildings containing 74, one and two bedroom apartment units constructed in 1950. The gross area of the subject buildings are approximately 57,800 square feet.
MCE is providing MEP and fire protection engineering services to document existing condition and renovate this facility. Each unit will be provided with dedicated heat pump unit, domestic hot water heater and metered electric power from PEPCO.
This project will comply with the DC Green Building Act by meeting the Enterprise Green Communities option of the DC Green Construction Code.
