Crownsville, Maryland
The Indian Creek School founded in 1973 added a 96,000 square foot upper school on a 114 acre campus in Crownsville, Maryland. The new athletic complex with soccer fields, tennis courts , baseball field, 500 seat capacity bleachers and concession standwas constructed in 2016.
MC ENGINEERS provided MEP engineering for the athletic complex. Existing incoming power was modified to provide power to the athletic field. Photomectic calcualtaions were prepared to determine proper lighting levels for various activities. New power distribution was designed to feed power from existing incoming power and avoid new service for expedited construction.
Domestic water line was extened from the main building. Sanitary sewer line was extended to the existng septic fields.
