MEP engineering for this traditional Korean restaurant in Mount Vernon Square in Washington, DC. Multiple kitchen hoods were exhausted through a hi-rise condominium building to a roof-top exhaust fan. Building condenser water loop was extended to provide cooling water for the restaurant air-conditioning units. Natural gas was extended from main gas meter room to space. Plumbing sanitary, vent, cold water and hot water distribution was provided for an extensive list of equipment in the main kitchen and bar area
