MCE provided MPE engineering design for this eleven unit efficiencies, one and two bedrooms, duplexes and loft style penthouses with roof decks in Shaw neighborhood of Washington, DC.
New HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems were provided for the eleven units plus a house system for the common areas.
New domestic water line, sprinkler line and electrical service were provided for the building. Common gas service was provided to supply gas to gas ranges in condominiums.
