Parker Flats at Gage school

Parker flats at gage school comprised of three buildings; complete renovation of a 1903 landmark school building into new condominiums, new five-story condominium building with two levels of underground parking at 2nd and V Street and a multi-unit town home style building at Flagler Place. Multiple HVAC system were provided with split type heat pump units with auxiliary electric heat. The Flagler building town homes were provided with through-wall self-contained heat pump units. Toilets, dryers and kitchens were exhausted to outside. Seventy car underground parking garage at 2nd & V Street building was ventilated to meet the required codes.
