Tyler Elementary School

This 70,000 square foot elementary school is comprised of a three story building built in 1945 and a single story 1965 addition. The existing central chiller and boilers were expanded to provide chilled and hot water to the original 1945 section. The existing HVAC system in the 1965 addition was modified to meet new program requirements. Bathrooms were renovated to meet ADA requirements. Sanitary, vent domestic cold and domestic hot water piping were extended to new bathrooms. The existing electrical service was increased and new switchgear was provided to power additional HVAC system and other new loads.
